SALIENT FEATURES AND FUNCTIONS

INBOUND

  • Facility to handle receiving for standard and catch weight items.

  • For catch weight items, system has the facility to either record the summary weight per pallet or detailed unit weight.

  • Facility to receive goods per manufacturing date, expiry date, and lot/batch number.

  • Facility to generate Discrepancy Report when there is a difference between documented quantity at source vs. actual quantity received.

  • Simplified put-away through system generated breakdown based on pre-defined maximum pallet capacity.

  • Facility to record the delivery van details such as trucker, plate number, truck type, driver, van seal, van temp, and arrival time.

  • Facility to record unloading start and end time.

OUTBOUND

  • Facility to record customer order, allocate stocks and generate pick list, de-allocate stocks and confirm pick list.

  • Facility to load and pick from all available inventories.  List is sorted by manufacturing and expiry date for FEFO and by Received Date for FIFO items.

  • Facility to pick partial or full pallet load.

  • For catch weight items, system has the facility to pick from available unit weights.

  • Facility to either generate Issue Slip for picked up orders or Delivery Receipt for delivered orders.

  • Facility to track unserved orders,

BLAST FREEZING

  • Facility to load items for blast freezing

  • Facility to monitor items due for harvest. 

  • Facility to auto-reclassify item from chilled item code to frozen item code on harvest.

  • Facility to harvest items and assign previous or new pallet number.

OTHER ACTIVITIES

  • Facility to do partial or full pallet quantity stock transfer to new warehouse and bin location.

  • Facility to do re-palleting.

  • Facility to do inventory adjustment.

BILLING

  • Facility to bill storage charge, handling in and handling out fees.

  • Facility to compute charges per KG, Pallet, or CBM

  • Facility to generate billing schedule.
